Serving up French-style pastries, warm breads, cakes, and brewed goods – Paris Baguette Bakery Café is coming to Indian Land. The franchise has more than 4,000 units across the globe and will soon add 2816 Worldreach Dr. (part of CrossRidge Center) to its long list of locations.

Sibling owners Chaitanya and Venkata Inampudi will own and run the café together along with their spouses.

“This location is an excellent location to best serve the Indian Land neighborhood, and we are looking forward to opening Paris Baguette in Indian Land in the near future,” said Venkata.

In addition to its bakery-focused menu, the café also features gourmet sandwiches and salads and offers catering. The bakery is expected to open in Q3 2025.

“We’re on a mission to revive the concept of the neighborhood bakery café across the U.S., and we’re excited to see the Inampudi family take this on in their own community,” said Eric Lavinder, chief development officer. “No other bakery café franchisors are doing what Paris Baguette is on the same scale. Our ability to stay true to our bakery café roots while embracing rapid growth has allowed us to bring an unmatched experience to communities nationwide.”

This will be the franchise’s second South Carolina location with the first being in Columbia S.C.
